Olympic Entertainment Group AS is the leading casino entertainment services provider in Estonia operating 23 slot hall casinos in Tallinn, Tartu, Pärnu, Narva and Jõhvi. In Estonia the Enterprise operates under Olympic Casino's brand. The Enterprise started operations in 1993 and nowadays employs over 530 people. 

Additionally in three casinos - in the flagship Olympic Park Casino, Olympic Casino Olümpia and Olympic Casino Tartu there are table games. 

Since 2010 Olympic Entertainment Group AS offers gambling and sports betting online at www.OlyBet.com. Olympic Entertainment Group AS runs its business activities in accordance with applicable law and international standards. Since 2009 OCE AS owns an ISO 9001:2008 standard for a quality management (in 1998-2002 the Enterprise owned a certificate ISO 9001:1994), since 2008 it also owns a Safety and Health at work ceritificate OHSAS 18001:2007. Olympic Entertainment Group is a full member of the European Casino Association and a big sponsor of the Estonian Olympic Committee.

As a social responsible enterprise Olympic Casino manages sponsorship and charity programs supporting different projects in such fields as social issues, culture, education and sports. Every year Olympic Casino pays Estonian state a gambling tax on its operation, in 2016 the sum of the gambling tax paid exceeded 7 million euros. Today Olympic Entertainment Group operates in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Italy and Malta and employs over 3 000 people. In February 2013 at the Totally Gaming Awards Olympic Entertainment Group was awarded "The Best Casino Operator of the Year" title.
